Laura Craven is Vice President of Marketing at Imperial Dade, a leading national distributor of foodservice packaging, janitorial supplies, and industrial products. With two decades at the company, Laura has played a key role in its dynamic growth and brand evolution. She leads a nationwide team of marketers and designers, overseeing everything from brand strategy and content creation to event production and experiential marketing.

A LEED Accredited Professional and GBAC Trained Technician, Laura brings deep expertise in sustainability and hygiene. She regularly consults with customers and speaks at industry events on how to build safer, cleaner, and greener environments.

Before joining Imperial Dade in 2004, Laura held marketing and supply chain roles at Network Distribution and HAVI, where she developed her sharp understanding of procurement, operations, and B2B partnerships.

Laura earned her BS in Accounting from Elmhurst University and has continued her executive education with certificates in social media and content marketing from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and AI applications from Kellogg School of Management. She also earned an executive certificate in customer experience from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, and is an Executive Advisory Board Member of the ISSA Hygieia Network, promoting the advancement of women in the industry. A frequent speaker at conferences, podcasts, and universities, Laura is passionate about driving innovation, inclusivity, and impact through marketing.
